About the Series
This series of six webinars shows you how your heroic journey can drive personal growth and help you reach your highest leadership potential.
The Heroic Leadership Journey calls upon Joseph Campbell’s narrative framework to help leaders see their paths forward and navigate the predictable (and unpredictable) head and tail winds. It consists of six phases: The Call, Resistance to the Call and Meeting Mentors, Threshold Crossing, the Journey, the Supreme Ordeal and Victory, and the Return Home.
It’s a great framework for leaders to create a narrative for their leadership and make a deep and fulfilling heart and mind connection – taking their leadership to a higher, and more human level.
Each webinar introduces one of the six phases and their importance and context to great leadership, and then Kathy and Terry explain, using examples and exercises, how you can incorporate each into your personal leadership practice and journey. At the end of the series you’ll have a practical framework to take your own Heroic Journey to personal and professional success!

Resistance to the Call and Meeting Mentors
January 22 at 10AM PST / 1PM EST
What leaders often find the most daunting is putting themselves and their vision out there. Resistance in the form of self-doubt can be all-consuming and paralyzing, even after you know what you need to do. Kathy and Terry will show you how to increase your awareness of your assets and enlist mentors to overcome self-doubt and lead your team on a new path of transformative change.
The Threshold Crossing
January 29 at 10AM PST / 1PM EST
Crossing the threshold is your first step to relinquishing the status quo and creating change. But no matter how much conviction you have that you’re headed in the right direction, the terrain will be unknown. This is the perfect time for exploration, experimentation, and discovery. Kathy and Terry will help you to live in this place of discovery, editing out what’s not working and taking steps toward a new, better reality.
The Journey
February 5 at 10AM PST / 1PM EST
The challenges you encounter on your Journey will be the best problems you have ever had. Each setback will be an opportunity to find what will work in securing the new vision. The key here is making the shift from high-performing individual contributor to high-performing connector, and developer of the people on your teams. Kathy and Terry will show you ways to foster connections with others as you create lasting positive change.
